Ray White Rural Lifestyle Sydney is the specialist rural property division of Ray White TWG, representing quality rural, agricultural and lifestyle property across the Hunter, surrounding regions and broader NSW.

Our story began in 2010 when Greg Wall established Ray White Rural Lifestyle Sydney with a focus on specialist rural and lifestyle property. Dee Braithwaite joined the business in 2011 and went on to play an important role in its growth, particularly across Dungog and the wider Hunter region.

In the 2025/26 financial year, Ray White Rural Lifestyle Sydney was recognised as the #1 Ray White Rural office in NSW.

As the wider business expanded through Gloucester and Maitland, Ray White TWG was established in 2026 to bring the group together under one clear identity.

Today, Ray White Rural Lifestyle Sydney remains focused on what it does best — specialist advice, strong marketing and broad buyer reach for significant rural, agricultural and lifestyle property.
